NueSafe operates a Bitcoin Lightning and multi-currency payment gateway at nuesafe.com and related hostnames (including portal.nuesafe.com, checkout.nuesafe.com, api.nuesafe.com, and notify.nuesafe.com).

What we collect

For merchant accounts we store business contact details, login credentials, API keys, payout destinations, and the payment records needed to run the gateway. When a customer pays through hosted checkout, we store the fields the merchant asked us to collect (for example name and email) plus the payment itself.

How we use it

We use this information to process deposits and payouts, operate the merchant portal, send transactional email that a merchant has opted into, deliver webhooks, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing mail.

Email

Transactional receipts come from noreply@notify.nuesafe.com and only go to addresses a merchant has on file or typed in Settings. Merchants can turn those messages off at any time in the portal.
